The association depends on volunteers for all of our accomplishments.

There are many roles that need to be filled, for an organization like this to run.  So there's bound to be a spot perfect for you.

In addition to the standard President, Treasurer and Secretary positions, there are many ongoing roles of an administrative or organizational nature that keep the organization working, and do the preparatory work for our events, such as:

• arranging for facilitiies, materials and supplies
• advertising and public relations
• volunteer coordination
• fundraising and seeking sponsors
• membership sales and administration
• responding to requests for advice
• website administration and development

And every time we hold an event, we need lots of volunteer help, such as:

• carrying or transporting goods to the site
• setting up (tables, tents, etc.) and decorating
• cleaning up afterward
• cooking, serving
• registration and selling tickets
