Annual General Meeting 2007

6 PM on Thursday, April 26th

Daylesford Theatre
11 Washington Street (at Dundonald Street), Hamilton

Keynote address:
What does the future hold for Canadians working in Bermuda?
Speaker: Doug Soares, Partner of Expertise Limited
Work permit term limits, limitations on free speech, restrictions on car licenses and a general rise in xenophobic tension are among the issues of concern to Canadians working in Bermuda today.  Come hear Doug Soares share his experience and perspective on these matters and hear his predictions for the future.

This meeting will also be our first chance to meet Daniel Sullivan, Canadian Consul General in New York, who is expected to attend and speak briefly.

Please plan to attend, and invite other Canadians!  Everyone is welcome.

Formal business:
  • Annual reports
  • Election of Officers (President, Treasurer & Secretary)
  • Election of Directors (9)

Please contact us if you'd like more information.

There is no entrance fee for this event.
You must be a member to stand for election.
To vote at the meeting, you must be paid-up, and have been a member 90 days before the meeting.
